چکیده
Abstract The temperature evolution of the Hall–Petch parameters for basal slip and twinning systems has been evaluated AZ31 alloy, using synchrotron radiation diffraction during compression tests from room to 473 K. alloy was processed following two processing routes, casting powder metallurgy, obtain different grain sizes with a similar strong fiber texture. Although macroscopic plasticity is controlled by tensile twinning, stress activation can also be calculated. At low temperatures, size dependence much higher than that slip. However, prevails at K, especially through metallurgy route, because tendency deformation.

In-Situ Evaluation of Detwinning Behavior in Extruded AZ31 Mg Alloy by AE
Tension twinning readily occurs under compressive loading along extrusion direction because extruded AZ31 Mg plate has the texture with the basal planes parallel to the extrusion direction. Detwinning occurs in the twinned areas during tensile loading in the opposite direction. In this study, acoustic emission (AE) during the tensile test was investigated for the evaluation of detwinning behavi...
متن کاملIsothermal Time-Temperature-Precipitation Diagram for an Aluminum Alloy 6005A by In Situ DSC Experiments
Time-temperature-precipitation (TTP) diagrams deliver important material data, such as temperature and time ranges critical for precipitation during the quenching step of the age hardening procedure. Although the quenching step is continuous, isothermal TTP diagrams are often applied. Together with a so-called Quench Factor Analysis, they can be used to describe very different cooling paths. Ty...
متن کاملEffect of Temperature on Diffusion-Bonded Joint of AZ31 Magnesium and 7075 Aluminum Alloy
In this study, the effect of temperature on the diffusion welding of AZ31 magnesium alloy and 7075 aluminum was discussed. Diffusion welding temperature was the most important parameter since all mechanisms are sensitive to temperature in Diffusion welding method. Intrusive contacts between the two alloys at temperatures of 430, and 440 °C 450 and took 60 min. In all tests constant pressure and...
